Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BlockShield AML Ltd.'s ("BlockShield AML", "we", "us", or "our") blockchain compliance verification platform, including all related services, APIs, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlockShield AML provides an automated blockchain analytics platform designed to assist regulated entities with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. The Service includes:

  • On-chain transaction monitoring and risk scoring
  • Wallet address screening against global sanctions and watchlists
  • AML compliance report generation
  • API access for integration into third-party systems

The Service is provided for informational and compliance assistance purposes only. BlockShield AML reports do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for regulatory compliance decisions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your credentials; (c) promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account; and (d) accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

BlockShield AML offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter (Free) — 5 compliance checks per calendar month at no charge.
  • Professional — Up to 100 checks per month, from $100 to $399 per month depending on selected features and volume.
  • Enterprise — 100+ checks per month; pricing is negotiated individually based on volume and requirements.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Facilitate or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BlockShield AML Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BlockShield AML.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOCKSHIELD AML SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law
